Cancellation Policy

Membership Cancellation Policy To cancel your membership, please provide notice through our website’s contact page or by emailing us directly at info@aerialanarchy.com.au. Important Notes: • Cancellation requests made via message, phone, or verbal communication will not be accepted. • Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute a cancellation; official written notice is required. • Memberships automatically roll over to the next term and remain active until written notice is received. Cancellation Process: Submit Your Cancellation Notice: Send your cancellation request through our website’s contact page or email us at info@aerialanarchy.com.au. Confirmation of Cancellation Date: An Aerial Anarchy staff member will confirm your final cancellation date via email. Effective Cancellation Date: Your membership will be scheduled to cancel effective 14 days from the Sunday following the receipt of your email. Final Direct Debit: After the final cancellation date, no further direct debits will be taken from your account. Membership Termination: Your membership will be considered canceled after the final cancellation date. If you cannot attend one of your course classes, you are welcome to take a make-up class.
